Aisha Campbell is a distinguished leader in the fields of construction, development, and engineering, bringing over two decades of expertise to her role as CEO of PROVEN Properties. A registered Professional Engineer in both Jamaica and the United States, she is known for her transformational leadership, strategic vision, creativity and ability to foster innovation and excellence.

Born in Barbados to a Barbadian father and Grenadian mother, Campbell spent her childhood across multiple Caribbean islands, including Jamaica, St. Lucia, and Grenada. She pursued her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, graduating with First Class Honours. She later earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA (Distinction) from the Mona School of Business and Management.

Campbell began her career as a junior engineer at West Indies Home Contractors Limited (WIHCON), eventually rising to General Manager of its Development Division. In this role, she played a pivotal part in the planning and execution of large-scale housing communities across Jamaica. Her leadership style is characterized by passion, innovation, and excellence, and she credits her adaptability to her diverse upbringing.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Campbell is an active member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers, where she has served on the Council. She continues to drive high performance and industry standards, ensuring that PROVEN Properties remains at the forefront of real estate development.
