Luwanna Williams is the President and CEO of PROVEN Wealth Limited, bringing
close to two decades of experience in investment banking, financial regulation, and
risk management to the role. Since assuming leadership in 2023, she has focused
on strengthening the company’s strategic position, expanding market share, and
enhancing operational efficiency.

Prior to this, she served as Assistant Vice President of Investment Banking at PROVEN, where she successfully originated and executed multi-billion-dollar capital market transactions across the region. Luwanna has also held senior roles at JN Fund Managers and JN Bank.

She holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies. Her leadership is marked by innovation, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to delivering long-term value for clients, shareholders, and the wider PROVEN Group.
