Stacy Belnavis is a highly accomplished Caribbean banking executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning strategic business development, treasury and liquidity management, and customer-centric innovation. 

Stacy’s leadership is grounded in a passion for operational excellence, innovation, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach. She began her professional journey at Citibank where she held various senior positions for over 17 years. She then joined CIBC Caribbean, where for seven years she pioneered several critical initiatives including digital-banking initiatives that unified cutting-edge technology with retail banking, markedly improving revenue streams, client acquisition, product development, and brand visibility. Her career is distinguished by a consistent ability to reshape organizations through cross-functional collaboration, technology enablement, and an unwavering focus on the customer experience.

Appointed to PROVEN Bank as the President and CEO at a pivotal moment in its evolution, Stacy is charged with executing the Bank’s strategic vision for growth, transformation, and regional integration across its operations in the Cayman Islands and Saint Lucia. Her appointment also marks an exciting chapter in the Bank’s journey, one defined by empowerment, commitment, and trail-blazing disruption.

Stacy holds an MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Liverpool and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of the West Indies. Beyond the boardroom, she is committed to nurturing regional talent and actively supports initiatives in the culinary arts and Caribbean fashion.
